January 1st, 2020: so far so good. February 1st, 2020: even better. We sign the most important contract from the beginning. Galbusera had entrusted us with the management and planning of digital advertising investments for the launch of the company on social media.

The analytical approach and the continuous search for better performances helped us reach positive and immediate results. We had forecasted to reach 6K followers on IG and 10K followers on FB in the first year. Only six months later we had already reached 6K followers on IG and 20K on FB, using less than half of the available budget. At the end of the year the company, which did not have any social media presence before, had reached 11K followers on IG and 43K followers on FB. T  The client was happy but asked for more.  
 
Towards Easter time - probably one of the saddest ever due to the pandemic - we were called to develop a communication strategy to support the sales of “Colomba” (a traditional Italian Easter cake). The bullet points were: “the budget is low, we are in a rush, and we do not believe in e-commerce but this year we have no other choice”. Copy that!  
 
We developed a strategy to emphasize the human side of the company, its proximity to people, and its strong link with the territory. The action plan took into account the tragic circumstances in which the country was living. We then contacted some of the largest hospitals in the area and we offered to donate part of the revenue generated from the e-commerce sales. Furthermore, the company was to give all healthcare professionals working in such hospitals a Colomba cake for them and their loved ones.  
We are not even going to tell you the results, we just tell you that in three weeks we generated one year's e-commerce revenues.
